Hermes on BeeOS

Hermes uses the same BeeOS boundaries as a custom agent: a product backend manages the instance through the Server SDK; the Hermes host adapts inbound envelopes and runtime methods to its own agent loop.

Use framework="hermes" when constructing a Python BeeOSAgentRuntime. Register on_chat_message to run the Hermes turn and send chat.complete_reply with the pre-created reply message ID. Register on_chat_cancel to interrupt work, then implement only the runtime methods that this deployment advertises.

The agent process may call Agent Gateway ports for files, canvas, A2A, and messaging descriptors. The product frontend receives user events from its own backend and connects to data channels only after that backend authorizes a purpose-scoped descriptor.
